Giulia Oltranti is a native San Franciscan with deep Italian roots from Lucca, Italy. She became interested in cooking while growing up watching her family cook authentic Italian meals. Her passion for cooking was inspired by her nonna, aunt, and uncle, who constantly created amazing meals with fresh ingredients. Giulia not only hopes to be great chefs like them, but wants to share her love of food and cooking with others.
